Road traffic collision - one casualty

Firefighters were called to assist at the scene of a road traffic collision involving a van that had left the roadway and ended up in a ditch.

Fire crews worked with paramedics to help release one casualty from the vehicle.

The casualty was rescued by 8:50pm and left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
