On-call firefighters crew on-call fire stations. On-call firefighters live and work within 5 minutes of the fire station are on standby to respond to incidents.
Wholetime
Wholetime
Wholetime firefighters crew wholetime fire stations. They tend to work a shift pattern of two days, followed by two nights, followed by four days off. They spend their shifts at the fire station.
