Road traffic collision - one casualty

Firefighters were called to assist at the scene of a road traffic collision on the M11 this afternoon.

The single vehicle collision, which occurred on the northbound carriageway close to junction 7 (Harlow), left one woman trapped.

Crews worked hard to release the woman by 2.30pm, before leaving her in the care of the Ambulance Service.
