Road traffic collision involving bus and car
Firefighters rescued a man following a road traffic collision in South Woodham Ferrers.
A total of four crews were called to Hullbridge Road today at 2pm because the incident involved a bus.
The bus had been in collision with a car parked next to a shop and pushed it partially into the building, trapping the car driver.
Firefighters used specialist cutting equipment to free the man who was left in the care of the Ambulance Service at 2.29pm.
